My little girl gave me a lecture tonight. She told me I needed to tell her not to eat unhealthy things. She said if she is eating something bad I need to stop her and tell her to eat something healthy. I was totally smiling when she was telling me all of this. If only this type of thinking would last. She has an upset stomach tonight. Poor thing. At least she's learning and understanding how food can help or hurt you.

That is too stinkin' cute. I love the little kid reaction to things.
BTW, how are you? Strange to not see you for so long after everyday. All is mostly well for me. Workouts are awesome. Food is not so great. That is the kicker everytime.
That's so cute. And so "grown up." You're right--it's not all bad that she's learning that lesson that way. It may stick with her! :P
