Yes!!

Just got back from meeting with my coach. In a week and a half I lost 4.6 lbs and 1.2% body fat. If only it were healthy and easy to do this every week. I feel like a little of the "old me" is back. Not because I lost a couple pounds but because I am really excited to do this. The "old me" was amazing when I said I was going to do something. The "recent me" has allowed herself to become overwhelmed with life. I knew the "old me" was in there somewhere and I'm so glad the "old me" is starting to show it's face again.

A few weeks ago, my mom came over and helped me clean my house for THREE days. It was the most amazing blessing. I've been praying for a way to figure out how to get on top of things again and I honestly believe she was prompted to help me. There is no way I would have asked and it was really hard to accept her help but I am so grateful for all she did for me. I felt like a giant weight was lifted off my shoulders that week. Thanks mom. I love you.

Congrats on your progress April! It does feel good to get in control of yourself...and your environment! My mom helped me clean out some areas before I had Addy and it felt SO good!

You are killing me. That is amazing. And with only 15 minutes of cardio? Wohoo! Thanks for the inspiration. See you bright and early.

Yeah, Congratulations! I am glad you are feeling the 'old' you again. I am in a boot camp and am trying to get back to the 'old' me as well.

Fantastic, April! Congrats! Would your mom like to come to Ohio for three days of cleaning? I'll take good care of her :-)

How does one clean their house for three days? What a great mom you have.
Congrats on your progress. I thought of you while I was working out last night. I was very proud!
